Therapy for Individuals
Seeking out therapy is an incredibly courageous act, especially if you come from a background where therapy or talking to someone outside of the family is typically looked down upon. Individuals seek out therapy for different reasons. Some may desire a safe space to process some current stressors, while others long for a professional to assist them in more challenging issues to heal from such as trauma or abuse. Wherever you are in life, talking to a professional can be beneficial for you and your mental health.
